- Set your entry fee and minimum - Any amount you like, plus the number of players it takes to run. Leave the fee at zero and the league stays free.
- Share the join link - One link for WhatsApp. Players pre-commit with a saved card and nobody pays unless the minimum is reached by the deadline.
- Get paid via Stripe - When the league confirms, every saved card is charged and entries land in your Stripe account, paying out to your bank automatically.

Honest answers
Do I need a court?
No. Players book and split court costs exactly as they do now. You run the league, not the venue - the entry fee is for organising, not for court hire.
When are players charged?
Never at sign-up. Each player saves a card to hold their place. When your league reaches its published minimum by the deadline, every saved card is charged at once and the league confirms. If the minimum is not reached, no one is charged and the saved cards are released.
When do I get paid?
Money goes to your own Stripe account, not ours. Once the league confirms and the entries are charged, Stripe pays out on its normal schedule - typically every day or two once your account is verified, straight to your bank.
What if my league doesn't fill?
It costs you nothing to try. If the minimum is not reached by the deadline the league simply does not confirm: nobody is charged, so there is nothing to refund. If a confirmed league has to be cancelled before it starts, every player is refunded automatically.
What does it cost?
Nothing until you charge. Free leagues are free forever. On paid leagues we take a single 7.5% platform fee from each entry. That includes Stripe card processing, so you keep 92.5% with no separate processing fee. Pro features are included free on any paid league.
Do I need to declare this income?
Many casual organisers fall within HMRC's £1,000/year trading allowance; above that it's declarable income.
